After decades of professional services in Banking, Insurance, Trading, Aviation including working as a senior lecturer at Curington University, Liberia, Mr Joshua Adebayo identified capacity gaps in human resource development. This sparked his interest in consulting and support services.

Through Self Motivation and Resilience, Pace Management Group was incorporated in Liberia in December 2008 as a corporation and started operation on April 1st, 2009 at 9th Street, Sinkor Monrovia, Liberia.

Over a hundred and fifty Liberians and Nigerians have benefitted from this organization as staff or consultants including a British citizen who worked for two and a half years as Executive Director.

We saw our direct positive impact measured not just in the bottom line, but in the speed in which we have institutionalised; changed narratives and championed capacity development and support services for thousands of individuals and entrepreneurs, civil society organisations, corporate businesses, expanding knowledge to individuals and corporate organisations, creating stable employment, breaking down barriers for return on investments, growing civil society organisations for sustainability and partnering with donor agencies to achieve objectives in different sectors.

Pace Management Group has provided various professional support services to both local and international organizations through contracts awarded from highly competitive procurement processes. Our track records in bidding for contracts speak for us.

I am grateful to all our development partners and colleagues who have been part of this journey for their immeasurable dedication to driving our mission. In addition, my heartfelt thanks go to International Finance Corporation (IFC, World Bank Group), United Nations and Agencies, United State Agency for International Development (USAID programs most especially LAVI, IBEX and BTG) for their guidance and endorsement of our activities over the years.
